Condition: In 9/10 condition. Noted imperfection is the hole on the right hand lower shoulder. It has none functional buttons and a side zip. I really like the material of this dress and I think it could be a cute upcycle base- maybe add on a collar to cover the hole or do some embroidery? Fabric composition: No tag to confirm. It feels like woven material.
